Rekselix provides custom digital services and automation development rather than physical goods. Custom n8n workflows are developed specifically for each client and cannot be returned or restocked.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, no refunds are offered once development begins. All development work involves non-recoverable labor hours and IP creation specific to your needs. Contact us before development begins to discuss adjustments.
Cancellation Policy
For ongoing retainer and subscription-based services, clients may request cancellation with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for service fees through the current billing period. We provide documentation to ensure continuity.
Dispute Resolution

Warranties & Disclaimers
Rekselix provides services on an \”as-is\” basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality solutions, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation of third-party systems or APIs.
Limitation of Liability
Rekselix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
